Programs offered
Permanent Cosmetics Academy Our Permanent Cosmetics program includes the following: - two training manuals
- your certificate of completion
- all the forms needed to operate your business
- all disposable supplies used in the practice clinic and
- the equipment that we train you on (you take it with you when you leave).
The cost of our program is $3,995.00. A kit supply fee of $300.00 per student is applied to the tuition amount listed above. Our curriculum includes training in eyebrows, eyeliner, lip liner and blended lip procedures. We also include training on procedural sanitation. Class size is kept to a maximum of 6 students. What Exactly Is Electrology? Electrology is the only FDA approved method of permanent hair removal. The demand for electrologists is phenomenal! Combination 600 Hour Electrology Program Our Combination 600 Hour Online Electrology Program meets the requirements of the licensing boards of California, Hawaii and New Mexico. These Combination Programs allow you to complete at least some of your theory training online from the comfort of your own home, saving you time and money. This program is designed to provide the most comprehensive training in permanent hair removal available.
Your home study along with your in-school training is designed to prepare you for your State's licensing exam. Taking the program in this manner saves significant time and for those with either a long commute or the need for student housing, this saves a significant amount of money as well. Instead of attending our Long Beach campus full time for four months, you can cut your training time by up to a half, by attending our school to complete your practical training. The cost of $8,700 for this combination program reflects the extra time and training for State Licensure.

AIE Online Academy The Director of AIE designed our Online Academy specifically for people who live States (and Canada) where there are NO LICENSING regulations for Electrologists. If you reside in one of the following States, YOU can enroll in AIE's Online Academy: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming. With this in mind, we offer three programs of various lengths using the power of the Internet. Every online program we offer gives you the ability to take the "Theory Portion" of the program online from the comfort of your home. This saves you both time and money. Instead of attending our Long Beach or San Francisco, CA locations for as long as four months, you can cut your training time by up to a half, by attending our school to complete only your practical training. Same training, half the time and reduced tuition and housing costs!
600 Hour ONLINE Electrology Program
This program is designed to provide the most comprehensive training in permanent hair removal available. This program includes 350 Hours of Theory and 250 Hours of Practical Training. Total Cost for this program is $5,900.
325 Hour ONLINE Electrology Program
This program is designed for comprehensive training in permanent hair removal. This program includes 160 Hours of Theory and 165 Hours of Practical Training. Total Cost for this program is $4,600.
150 Hour ONLINE Electrology Program
This program is designed for comprehensive training in permanent hair removal. This program includes 70 Hours of Theory and 80 Hours of Practical Training. Total Cost for this program is $2,700.

The program can be taken at your leisure from the comfort of your home. You can participate in all of AIE's Online Programs from any computer with an internet connection. You can complete our online programs at a pace you feel comfortable with.
Completing the Online Program
Our staff will monitor your progress and be there to assist you the entire time you take part in our online program. Upon completing the program, you will be contacted by our staff to begin the "hands on" training at our Long Beach, CA campus.

Accreditation
- Upon completion of our programs, graduates receive a certificate of completion suitable for framing. Proof of training documents are provided for programs that lead to licensure for every State so that students may take their State Board Exams.
