Health Care Administration

Attending a medical health care school will be a rewarding experience for you. A degree in Health Care Administration will help you understand how to plan, organize, direct, and control a health care organization's human, financial, and information resources in such a manner that will foster efficient and effective high-quality patient care.

A Bachelor's Degree will prepare you for an entry-level administrative position; a Master's degree will prepare you for a senior-level administrative position; and a Doctoral degree will allow you to pursue critical studies of advanced problems in health care administration, with an eye towards devising solutions to some of the industry's most important concerns.

With a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) you will be a prepared leader to respond effectively to the dynamic and ever-changing health care industry. You will have the capacity to critically examine and evaluate issues and trends and influence the destiny of the health care system. If you choose to get your doctor´s degree you are expected to meet certain admission requirements such as a master´s degree, employment experience, recommendation forms, exams, etc. These requirements vary according to the school and you should ask the school representatives when you contact them.
